1. AI-Assisted Guidance

The Jozef Oracle is a delegated AI system. All responses are AI-assisted reflections generated from an authorized corpus of teachings. They are for orientation and personal reflection only and are not professional advice.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Help

The Oracle does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical, psychological, legal, financial, or tax matter. For such matters you must consult a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, call 988 (US) or your local emergency line.

3. Membership & Tiered Access

Content is gated by membership tier. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass tier restrictions, scrape the corpus, or use the Oracle to harm yourself or others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All corpus content, teachings, and Oracle outputs remain the property of Jozef Oracle and its authorized teachers. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the material for your own discernment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jozef Oracle is not liable for any decision you make based on AI-assisted output. The service is provided "as is."

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
