What we collect

• Account info: email, display name, and optional profile data you provide.
• Conversation history with the Oracle, your memory notes, and intake responses.
• Billing metadata from Stripe (we never see your full card number).
• Basic technical logs to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

To deliver the service, personalize your reflections, fulfill purchases, route safety escalations to authorized humans, and improve the corpus and guardrails.

AI processing

Your messages are processed by third-party AI providers under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data and we do not allow providers to train on your private conversations.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to the Office from inside the app. We honor GDPR and CCPA requests where applicable.

Security

Data is stored with row-level security so users can only access their own records. Admin access is logged.
